Google swiftly removed these erroneous responses and stated that the incidents would help improve its systems. However, the damage was compounded by the earlier launch of Google’s Gemini image generator, which produced historically inaccurate images, further tarnishing the company’s credibility. The increase comes after a weak performance earlier in the year due to stiff competition and softening demand for iPhones. In March, Apple saw a 12% rise in shipments, marking a significant improvement from the first two months of 2024, which experienced a 37% slump. The recent surge suggests a stronger foothold in the world’s largest smartphone market, driven partly by aggressive discount campaigns on platforms like Tmall, offering up to $318 off select iPhone models. Apple CEO Tim Cook has forecasted further growth in iPhone sales across several markets, including China, despite an 8.1% drop in second-quarter revenue from the Greater China regi
